The Mercian Genesis CF5 Pro Bend (2023) is an entry-level composite hockey stick designed for junior players transitioning to their first composite stick. Constructed with 95% fibreglass and 5% carbon, this stick offers a soft touch and feel, with strategically placed carbon reinforcements in key areas such as the heel, handle, and backhand edge to enhance durability. The Pro Bend profile features a 23.5mm bow positioned approximately 230mm from the bottom of the stick, facilitating improved drag-flicking and powerful push passing without the aggression of the Ultimate (extreme) low bend. The lightweight construction ensures comfort and confidence during skill execution.
