At Sports24seven.co.za, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Below you'll find details about our shipping methods, timeframes, and fees.

1. DELIVERY AREAS

We currently deliver to:

All major cities and towns within South Africa

Outlying and rural areas (may have extended delivery times)

International shipping is available upon request — please email info@sports24seven.co.za for a quote before placing your order

2. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times are:

Main Centres: 1–3 business days

Regional/Rural Areas: 3–5 business days

International Orders: 5–10 business days (dependent on courier and customs)

Delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier issues beyond our control.

3. SHIPPING FEES

Standard Delivery Economy Road Door to Door 

International shipping fees vary and are quoted individually

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your parcel using the link provided.

5. CLICK & COLLECT (IF APPLICABLE)

If you offer local collection:

Customers may collect orders from our pickup location in [insert city/suburb]. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect information.

If your parcel is delayed beyond the stated delivery window, please contact us at info@sports24seven.co.za, and we will follow up with the courier service.

7. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We’ll arrange a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate
