RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase from www.sports24seven.co.za. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Items must be returned at your own cost unless defective or incorrect

To start a return, please email us at info@sports24seven.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale or clearance items

Socks, underwear, or mouthguards (due to hygiene)

Customized or special-order products

Gift cards

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

The refund will be issued to your original method of payment

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size of the same item (subject to stock availability). Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email info@sports24seven.co.za with photos of the issue and your order number, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
